General questions
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order is in the Pre-shipment, Shipped, or Delivered status, we can no longer accept changes to your order. To make changes to your order, please contact us by email or phone.
We ship worldwide. Shipping within Germany is free of charge. For all other countries you can calculate the shipping costs here.
For stock items, we will process your order on the same day if you order by 2:00 p.m. German time. For orders after 2pm, items in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Yes. You will receive an invoice in PDF format by email. Please check your SPAM filter as in some cases this email is incorrectly filtered.
All your data is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and will be treated confidentially. None of your data can be read by anyone. Look for the lock symbol in your browser's address bar. Nobody has access to your encrypted data. For your own safety, always log out after shopping.

You can shop on our website with a credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. Cash payments are also possible if you pick up the part from us. For bank transfers, it can take up to 3 business days for us to receive your payment, depending on the bank and the country. Please note that this will increase the delivery time.
We currently only support the following currencies for billing our customers: EUR and USD.
If your credit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the equivalent conversion rate of the currency you have chosen.
