General questions

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order is in the Pre-shipment, Shipped, or Delivered status, we can no longer accept changes to your order. To make changes to your order, please contact us by email or phone.

We ship worldwide. Shipping within Germany is free of charge. For all other countries you can calculate the shipping costs here.

For stock items, we will process your order on the same day if you order by 2:00 p.m. German time. For orders after 2pm, items in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Yes. You will receive an invoice in PDF format by email. Please check your SPAM filter as in some cases this email is incorrectly filtered.

All your data is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and will be treated confidentially. None of your data can be read by anyone. Look for the lock symbol in your browser's address bar. Nobody has access to your encrypted data. For your own safety, always log out after shopping.

payment

You can shop on our website with a credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. Cash payments are also possible if you pick up the part from us. For bank transfers, it can take up to 3 business days for us to receive your payment, depending on the bank and the country. Please note that this will increase the delivery time.

We currently only support the following currencies for billing our customers: EUR and USD.

If your credit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the equivalent conversion rate of the currency you have chosen.

Versand

Yes, we offer express shipping on a selected number of countries: You can select your preferred shipping method after entering your delivery location.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the tracking number.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order on your account page on the website.

If you're not home, delivery will be renewed the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

Deliveries outside of the European union will have to pay custom taxes.
Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order.

<transcy>Returns</transcy>

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store or be picked up.
- The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
To ask for a return, please contact us.
Returns are free without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the goods and for warranty claims. For returns of goods from the European Union (excluding areas with special tax and customs regulations), Switzerland and the United States of America, we will provide you with a return label for this purpose.

We do accept exchanges following the same conditions as returns.
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.

Returns are confirmed within 7 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

<transcy>Technical Questions</transcy>

The right and left sides of an automobile are determined as if sitting in the car facing forward. Thus, the left side is on the left when sitting in the car facing forward, and the right side is on the right. 
4MATIC is the marketing name of a four-wheel drive system developed by Mercedes-Benz. It is designed to increase traction in slippery conditions. 
AIRMATIC is a Mercedes-Benz trademark for vehicles with air suspension systems. Compared with a conventional steel suspension, the AIRMATIC air suspension provides advantages in terms of handling safety and ride comfort. The AIRMATIC air suspension automatically adjusts the damping force on each wheel according to the current state of the road. 
„VDS“ = Variable Damping Suspension. This system is specific to Range Rover products and similar in its functionality to alternatives like ADS (adaptive damping system) from Mercedes. Air suspension units that are equipped with this system feature an adjustable softness. This function is used in vehicles with adjustable comfort or sport modes. Range Rover products with VDS come with an additional supply cord located at the top of the air strut. Air struts without VDS lack this cable.
ABC (Active Body Control) is a registered Mercedes-Benz trademark. It is a high-quality suspension system, which automatically adapts the suspension setting to the respective driving situation. There is also a crosswind stabilization integrated in ABC systems. 
ADS (Active Damping Systems) is a Mercedes-Benz trademark. The Adaptive Damping System automatically alters the air suspension settings to ensure the driver has high levels of control regardless of the driving conditions. You can check if your vehicle is equipped with ADS by examining the AIRMATIC control button on the dash panel below the air conditioning control.
